Commercial
Purofirst handles commercial properties’ direct needs through our relationships with property owners, management companies, on-site property managers/engineers, general contractors, and sub-contractors. Our managers of business development are active members of supporting organizations such as Community Associations Institute (CAI), Property Managers Association (PMA), Homebuilders Association of Maryland (HBAM), Maryland Hotel & Lodging Association (MHLA), Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), and National Association of Power Engineers (NAPE). Purofirst is very involved with the new home builders in the metropolitan region. Our work for this segment of the market includes services such as infrared camera inspections, water testing, water mitigation, mold remediation, smoke/odor problems, repairs/reconstruction, and our Warranty Division supplies skilled finish carpenters/drywallers/painters to handle the home builder’s needs for punch-out work and warranty work. Some of our customers include K Hovnanian Homes, Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, Toll Brothers, Winchester Homes, Stanley Martin Communities, and Ryland Homes.
